If Roblox is up but you still can't play
- Roblox often has partial outages — logins working while game servers don't, or one region affected and others fine. A green board here doesn't rule that out.
- Restart the Roblox app fully rather than just backing out of a game.
- On a computer, try the browser version. If that works and the app doesn't, the problem is the app install.
- Check whether other devices on the same wifi have the problem too.
- Roblox does scheduled maintenance in the early hours US time, when outages are most common and usually brief.
